Public access to the Sealed Source and Device registry has been indefinitely shut down.
Regulatory agencies continue to have access to the registry via password protection.

Agreement State staff seeking access should contact their Radiation Control Program Director.

NRC staff seeking access should contact Alessandro Flores Saenz, Alessandro.FloresSaenz@nrc.gov, of the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards to resolve any difficulties in access.

Licensees or applicants in Agreement States should contact the manufacturer or distributor of the device or their Agreement State regulatory agency for information needed for regulatory compliance.
